How do I get a transcript and/or a letter of recommendation?
The Counseling Office will process a high school transcript and/or letter of recommendation request within 5 business days.
For a transcript, complete a 'Transcript Request Form.'
For a letter of recommendation, complete the 'DAHS Student Recommendation Form.'
