There are two types of high school transcripts, official and unofficial.

Official transcripts are sent directly to post-secondary schools and delivered in a sealed, signature-stamped envelope or electronically from a school representative. If you are picking up an official transcript and delivering it to a college, the envelope must remain sealed.

Unofficial transcripts can be given directly to you and are for your own personal records or for employment.

Please fill out one form per each transcript requested. Ex; if you need one official and one unofficial, please fill out 2 seperate forms.
